Event space Denver : host meet-up group, holiday party, christmas party, birthday party, dance class or yoga, school function, launch party, class, baby shower, demo night, quinceañera, rehearsal space, performance, start-up mixer and other professional development events. We offer catering options, complete sound system with microphones and A/V rental. Our space can be rented for band practice, live performances or private parties. The space has a DJ booth, club speakers and intelligent lighting system. Resident DJ and sound tech available. Or bring your own DJ and plug into our system. We can boast we have the best sound in Denver for this size rental location.
Space Capacity: 50-65 seated (studio floor), 75-100 standing
800 sq ft on floor, 400 sq ft in loft (additional seating for 20 or so)
Gallery/Art event capacity higher as guests rotate throughout event
Pricing: Weeknight $150-$300 depending on size, hours and nature of event. $75 cleaning fee added for all groups serving food and/or drink. All weeknight events start at after 5pm. Earlier set-up times can be arranged (depends on calendar). 1/2 non-refundable deposit to book space required.

Weekend: $400 per session (8-5pm) or (5pm-1am) $75 cleaning fee added for any groups serving food/drink. $125 per hour over session. 1/2 rental fee required to hold space.
Catering: Available from a number of local area companies. All catering has easy load-in through our street-level back entrance. Or bring your own.
Tables: We have the following tables to use at no extra charge: 2 – 12′, 2 – 6′, 2 -4′ (these will seat 30 people) No charge for tables. The studio has 25 quality Ikea/Cost Plus wooden chairs for use. White linens are $5/per table (to cover cleaning).
A/V Equipment for rent:
Audio Option 1: 500 watt PA system with mic – $75 per rental (2 Mackie powered speakers/stands, Shure SM 57 or SM 58 Mic)
Audio Option 2: 6000 watt club system (4 Community subs, 4 Community highs, 2 Technics 1200 turntables (you supply your own needles), 2 CDJ800s cd players, 1 Pioneer DJM600 Mixer.
$150 per rental
Band PA Option: You can use either our Mackie system and powered subwoofer or main house system (6000 watts). We have a 16 channel digital mixer and snake with misc microphones and stands. Please inquire for more specifics. Band practice is only available after 5pm-midnight M-F or on weekends (9am-midnight).
Four (4) intelligent lighting fixtures with controller. We have mounted one fixture on top of each Community speaker. Lighting fixtures and speakers are all white to not be seen easily during your rental. We also have a fog machine should you want to fill the space with atmosphere.
2 Video projectors and 10′ portable screen & projector table $50 per rental session
Parking: Weekend and evening parking – outdoor lot, four indoor spots – additional street parking available.

Events require a contract; in order to book space for an event it is mandatory that you contact Randall at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 303-394-2366. A cleaning/security deposit of $75.00, and one half of the total rent, are due when the space is booked. Blue Dot Studio does not provide house or event crew.
