Street-level and drive-in access – perfect for load-in and load-out. No stairs!

9′ paper backdrop mounted on west wall. Black, grey and white are stocked ($2.50 per linear foot). We also have a backdrop truss/mounting system that will accommodate 12′ rolls or cloth that can be positioned anywhere in the room.

Our location is good for sound recording for video due to thick block walls and secluded location on back of building. We have portable fabric noise drapes on walls for additional sound-absorbtion.

Mini-Refrigerator for your cold drinks and food

Stove-top / oven combo for food shoots.

Laptop/camera utility cart plus a selection of folding tables and chairs

Assorted black and white 4′x8′ foam core reflectors

Client seating area ( 18′ x 20′ ) couch, chairs and table with wireless and access to printer

Mexican restaurant across street (Brewery Bar II) – Breckenridge Brewery two blocks away

Climate controlled – brand new HVAC to control your studio rental session
